Our Return/Refund and Cancellation Policies
We will gladly accept a return of any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No partial returns, and shipping is not included. Please fill out the 'Returns' portion on the packing slip or invoice, and send to: Rainbow Reach, 2340 Bedfordshire Circle, Reston, VA 20191. Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow any exchanges.

If the product you ordered is damaged, please let us know by calling: 703-758-8100 or email us at: info@rainbowreach.com. We may ask that the damaged portion be returned, and will be glad to send a replacement.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by calling: 703-758-8100 or emailing: info@rainbowreach.com. Please note that regular orders ship one day following order placement, and once your order has shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
